    Brown Beauty Icing

    Blend in mixing bowl :

    1 1/3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
    1/4 cup soft butter
    1/4 cup milk
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted (= 84 gr -- 1 bâton = 25g)
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Add :

    1 whole egg

    Beat just until frosting is smooth.

    Place bowl into fridge and wait until thick enough to spread.




    PS : confectioners' sugar = sucre impalpable
